Tire Inflator FAQ
A. More than 80 models across four families: 12V corded tire inflators, cordless battery inflators, jump-starter and inflator combos, and matching accessories. Pressure classes run up to 150 PSI / 10.3 Bar for our high-pressure cores, and up to 22 L/min for high-flow dual-cylinder cores.
A. Corded models run from the car’s 12V socket, so there is no battery to charge and no runtime limit — they suit workshop and fleet use. Cordless models run from a rechargeable Li-ion pack over Type-C, so they work anywhere without a socket. Many of our customers stock both and sell them as a pair.
A. Our high-flow dual-cylinder cores deliver up to 22 L/min. Actual filling time depends on tire size and starting pressure, so we quote the flow rate rather than a single “minutes per tire” figure. Ask us for the tested numbers for the model you are considering and we will send the spec sheet.
A. Yes. Digital models read pressure in PSI, BAR and kg/cm², and the pump stops automatically at the preset value. The control logic runs on our own PCB, so we can adjust it for your market or your feature set.
A. We are a factory. AUTOROUT is the own brand of Ningbo Realine Tools Co., Ltd., based in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, with four production lines and an in-house engineering team. Since 2019 we have exported directly to distributors, retailers and brands — without a trading intermediary in between.
A. We have exported directly since 2019, to customers in North America, Western and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Exports account for about 90% of our output.
A. Yes. Both the pump core and the PCB are designed and produced in-house. That is unusual in this industry — most brands buy these two components from third-party suppliers and simply assemble the final product. Because we own them, we can change inflation speed, pressure accuracy, protection logic and service life at the source.
A. CE , RoHS, BSCI and FCC. Certificates and test reports are available on request.
A. We work with flexible MOQ — from small trial quantities up to mass production. Tell us your target quantity and destination market, and we will quote against it rather than against a fixed minimum.
A. Normally 30 days after project kick-off. That covers 3D modelling, prototype fabrication and functional verification.
A. Yes. Logo, packaging, housing colour and accessory configuration are all available for private-label orders. And because we also make the pump core and PCB, we can go further than the shell — pump-core structure, pressure curve and control logic can be adapted to your market.
A. Four checkpoints on every batch: incoming material inspection, in-process control, finished-product testing and full batch traceability. Every model is also tested for pressure accuracy, flow rate, durability and electrical safety. The records let your inspector trace materials and production steps.
A. Within 2 business hours during working hours — Monday to Saturday, 08:30–18:00 (GMT+8).
A. The product family you are interested in, target quantity, destination market, and any specification requirements (pressure class, display type, power source, packaging). With those five points we can usually quote on the first reply.
A. Yes, both are welcome. We host factory visits and regularly work with third-party inspection agencies. Seeing the production lines is the fastest way to evaluate a supplier.
