This Privacy Policy explains how Ningbo Realine Tools Co., Ltd. (“Realine Tools”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares information when you visit autorouttools.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. AUTOROUT is our own brand.
We are a manufacturer of portable tire inflators and air compressors. The Site is aimed at business buyers, distributors and importers, not at consumers.

For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we act as the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy.
2. Scope
This Policy covers:
- the Site and any pages under it;
- enquiry forms, email, telephone and messaging channels you use to contact us; and
- records we keep about business enquiries and quotations.
It does not cover the handling of personal data by our suppliers, logistics partners or customers on their own systems.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you give us
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you enter. All of these fields are optional except where marked as required by the form itself:
| Information | Why we ask |
|---|---|
| Name | To address you correctly and identify the enquiry |
| Email address | To reply to you and send quotations |
| WhatsApp / telephone number | Optional — for faster commercial follow-up |
| Company name | To understand who we are quoting to |
| Country / market | To assess logistics, certification and pricing requirements |
| Product interest | To route the enquiry to the right product line |
| Subject and message | To understand and answer your request |
If you send us email or contact us by phone or messaging app, we also keep that correspondence and the contact details it contains.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you load a page, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data, including your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser user agent. This is ordinary web server logging, used to keep the Site available and secure.
Our spam-filtering service also processes your IP address, browser user agent and the content of any form submission, in order to decide whether a submission is automated abuse.
3.3 Information we do not collect
To be specific about what the Site does not do — as of the date of this Policy:
- We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any equivalent web-analytics service.
- We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels (no Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google Ads tags).
- We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run a newsletter or marketing mailing list.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site itself sets a minimal number of cookies. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies.
| Source | Typical cookies | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| WordPress (Site platform) | functional / preference cookies | Basic site operation, remembering form and display preferences. Not used to profile you. | Session to 1 year |
| Google Maps (contact page embed) | set by Google | The map on our Contact page is served by Google. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads. | Determined by Google |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how parts of the Site display, but the enquiry form will still work.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on a small number of service providers. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service to us, under its own privacy terms:
| Provider | What it does | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Hostinger (hosting & CDN) | Hosts and serves the Site | Server logs, IP addresses |
| Akismet (Automattic Inc., USA) | Filters spam submissions on our forms | IP address, user agent, form content, email |
| Google Maps (Google LLC) | Displays our location on the Contact page | IP address, cookies set by Google |
| [[FILL: transactional email provider, e.g. Brevo]] | Delivers our outbound email replies and notifications | Email addresses, message content |
| Wordfence | Site security and login protection | IP address, login attempt data |
Please review the privacy policies of these providers for details of their own processing. We do not control their cookies or retention periods.
6. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
- To discuss specifications, samples, MOQ, pricing and delivery for a potential order.
- To perform any contract we enter into with you, and to keep the related business records.
- To protect the Site against spam, fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal, tax, customs and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email unless you specifically ask us to.
7. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform a contract with you.
- Legitimate interests — to answer business enquiries, to keep our commercial records, and to secure the Site against abuse. We have balanced these interests against your rights.
- Legal obligation — to retain records where tax, customs or other law requires it.
- Consent — where we ask for it specifically, for example if you ask to be added to a mailing list. You may withdraw consent at any time.
8. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep enquiry and quotation records for [[FILL: e.g. 24 months]] from our last contact with you, unless a contract is concluded, in which case we keep the transaction records for the period required by Chinese tax and accounting law. Server and security logs are kept for a shorter operational period.
We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
9. Who We Share Information With
We share personal data only with:
- the service providers listed in section 5, as necessary for them to perform their function;
- professional advisers (accountants, auditors, lawyers) where required;
- customs, tax and other authorities where we are legally required to disclose; and
- a buyer or successor, if our business or assets are transferred.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
10. International Transfers
We are based in China, and some of our service providers operate outside China. This means your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union.
Where the GDPR applies to such a transfer, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism, and we require our providers to protect the data to a comparable standard.
11. Your Rights
Depending on where you are, you may have some or all of the following rights. To exercise any of them, email kevin.chen@realintools.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland (GDPR)
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Object — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.
- Complain — lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA)
- You may request to know what personal information we have collected, and to have it deleted.
- We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you are in mainland China (PIPL)
- You may access, copy, correct and delete your personal information, and withdraw consent.
- You may ask us to explain our processing rules.
12. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and security monitoring on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children
The Site is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Do Not Track
Because the Site does not use cross-site tracking or behavioural advertising, we do not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
